Rule ``phpdoc_add_missing_param_annotation``

PHPDoc should contain ``@param`` for all params.

Configuration

``only_untyped``
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Whether to add missing ``@param`` annotations for untyped parameters only.

Allowed types: ``bool``

Default value: ``true``
